We were tasked with finding new sources of growth in a saturated, highly competitive category for a leading diabetes medication.
During our research we learned that the journey to treating Diabetes isn’t about overcoming one single challenge, instead each step can get sabotaged by individual circumstance.
So we decided to use data to understand what motivated each patient to keep going on their treatment journey. Then, we created Truly Together, a digital content platform and integrated experience that provides personalized support that’s as unique as each patient.
